No, absolutely not. Our framing rates are strictly aligned with the standard Swiss market for premium, handcrafted quality. The travel to your location, the personalized consultation under your own lighting, and the meticulous final installation are entirely complimentary. This is our commitment to guaranteeing a perfect result with no hidden surprises.
2. Am I obligated to place an order during your visit?
Not at all. Our home visit is entirely without obligation. We come to your space to evaluate the artwork, study the room's lighting, and present our selection of premium frame samples. We will then provide you with a clear estimate, and you remain completely free to decide how you wish to proceed.
3. Are my artworks secure during transport and while at your workshop?
This is our absolute priority. Your artworks are handled exclusively with preservation gloves, transported under highly secure conditions, and fully insured from the exact moment we take custody of them until they are flawlessly installed on your wall. Major collectors, galleries, and prestigious institutions have trusted us with their collections for over 20 years.
4. What is the difference between your framing and standard commercial options?
An ordinary frame often degrades an artwork over time due to acidic backing boards and standard glass, which cause yellowing and severe fading from UV light. We work exclusively according to museum-grade conservation standards: invisible anti-reflective glass filtering up to 99% of UV rays, acid-free mats, and 100% reversible mounting techniques to protect your artistic heritage for generations to come.
