Because a gaze often says far more than words, I create portraits of inspiring women from elsewhere. Each face that emerges is an unexpected encounter: I never know in advance which gaze will appear, and it is precisely this element of mystery that fascinates me.
Through mixed media and acrylic, I seek to reveal the strength, softness, and singular beauty of each woman born from my imagination. My portraits do not tell a specific story; they invite presence, an emotion.
I have been painting for about fifteen years and studied for ten years under Yvonne Morell in Rolle— a formative experience that deeply shaped and structured my artistic journey.
My painting is above all a quest for emotion, silence, and intensity — a face-to-face encounter between the gaze and the one who meets it.
